Withrow was a great teacher, if you can take any classes from him, DO IT. He's funny and keeps the class engaged. He tells you which days you need to show up for attendance points and papers, and there was not one test when I went! He goes off of the paper content. Great teacher.

Unfortunately if your reading this its too late because he is leaving Wichita...this was an easy class however, the title should be changed to "Racial Profiling" as that is pretty much all he talks about. Great teacher overall. Very smart. Funny. Southern.
