She's a great teacher and a great person. Made the material fun and easy to understand. Really helpful outside of class with a problem I was having. Manning School is so lucky to have her. Just wish she taught more courses.

I really like her as a person! I think she's a great person. But when it comes to class you are much better off taking it online not in class. Tests are hard and very nit picky about course material. Only having 4 tests make up your whole grade can be a huge killer!

Take her online its an easy A but in class she is pretty hard. She doesnt have slides but she does have an outline that she follows to a T, so dont bother going to class. I'm an accting major and I thought this class was going to + my GPA but its not. Her exams have ? on topics that she doesn't even go over in class/the outline but is in the book.

The class is 4 exams. Attendance isn't mandatory, but definitely helpful if you don't want to have to study much for the exams. The tests are only difficult if you don't attend class & don't spend at least 20 mins studying. She explains things well in class, and provides you with a great outline of the things you need to know before each exam.

Be prepared to babysit this class. Ignore the most recent comments, especially the last one. She goes out of her way to tell you why you're on your own, completely unhelpful. God's honest truth, if you take her she will expect you to focus only on her class. Does not represent effort put in whatsoever, STAY AWAY if at all possible.

4 Exams (non cumulative final), 10 weekly discussion posts, & 10 weekly assignments. DB posts and assignments are extremely easy. Provides notes that aren't boring to read and practice quizzes for each chapter. Exams are a little tough but everything is taken right out of the textbook. You will learn a lot.

Very good class. Interesting topic and Prof HH makes it fun and simple. Tests draw heavy from book so make sure you're well-read. Online lecture notes don't touch on half of what is needed, so reading is crucial. Well-paced and she is very open to argument if a test question is worded weird so multiple answers could be correct. You'll like it.

She was a great professor! I couldn't believe how much I got out of this class. Just read the textbook, attend her lectures, pay attention and take good notes, study and you'll do fine. She returns tests the very next class. If you are a poor tester, then you will have a very difficult time passing. Grade is based on four exams. Would recommend.

I thought she was a great professor. Attend her lectures and read the textbook and you will be all set. No homework assigned, besides studying for tests. Reading the textbook reinforces her lectures, but you can get away without reading it if you so choose. If you are a poor tester though this might not be the class for you, grade based on 4 tests.

Love this professor. She tends to rant but overall she's very knowledgeable and sweet. Her exams are tricky. Overall the class is an easy B, hard A. You can find a free PDF version of the book very easily online.

Excellent professor. Loved her class. Very clear, a few exams and a final, non cumulative. She gives you a study guide with exactly what's on the test. If you study the night before, you will get a B in the class. I would take her class again in a heart beat.
