Super passionate about research and teaching! He always breaks down the hard concepts into small pieces and wants you to understand instead of memorize all the materials. He really wants you to succeed so if you ever have him as your research supervisor, you are lucky!

If you're passionate about research, this is the class for you! Class consists of 3 thesis-like papers, 1 presentation (easy to do well if you create a good powerpoint and understand the article you're presenting on) and 1 mini assignment. Dr. Milliken is passionate about his work but isn't consistent when he marks. Was not a fan of this class!

Brilliant. Love this man. He can lose his point sometimes but he is still wonderful. He focuses on concepts. Doesn't get you to cram in a lot. He really understands what teaching is all about. You learn a lot in his course. Great Great Prof!
