He was a GREAT professor. Teaching religious studies, he challenged his students to think and to express their opinions. If you didn't read your source material, you probably didn't participate and didn't interact in class and probably didn't get much out of it and you can't blame him for that. I took several classes with him and would take more.

Bruce is a very smart man and a very nice person. I think he could give better reviews for exams so the students can do well in his class. I found the class very interesting however I think his marking was a but unfair. And if you don't agree with him, watch OUT. I don't think I would take another class with him.

Dr. Ward is such an amazing professor, he is by far the best I have had at Laurentian. Funny, modern, interesting and inspiring. I highly recommend his Ideas of Love class or any other for that matter, Laurentian would be a better place with more professors like him!

HORRIBLE! he never stops rambling on and on and if u don't agree with him then your wrong no matter what! he never answers emails and when u ask him why he hasn't responded he claims he didn't get them. he is very mono toned and so boring.

He was a horrible prof. He rambled on and on, and never got to the point. He was very monotonous which made the class extremely boring. He did not help when needed, and constantly focused on his own findings. The classes findings were mainly incorrect. Wouldn't take another class with him EVER.

Although his lectures were usually ok he would sometimes ramble and they would seem to take forever. I found him very unhelpful and very unreliable when it came to asking him questions in any form outside of class. I won't take another of his classes.

Bruce Was great! This guy obviously loves his work. The lectures are always interesting, and the material is never dull. He's not easy, but he's always got time to talk one on one. Anyone who's experienced a course with Bruce, knows what university life should be like! Everyone else is missing out!!
