This guy is extremely outdated. I had him for PHSA1050 to gain a required lab credit. The course material is extremely easy, should be an A for anybody who puts any effort into it. I couldn't imagine having this professor for a difficult class. He is terribly unprepared and is extremely particular on the format of how assignments are done. AVOID!

I honestly like this professor a lot. I believe he expects out of his students exactly what should be expected. He may be a tad bit harder than the other physics professors at Macomb, but I guarantee you will leave his class a lot more prepared for physics 2 or other university level courses.

I did not learn well in his class. Disliked the pop quizzes and unclear lecture delivery. Physics is a challenging subject, but I think I'd have done much better with a different instructor.

This professor is very knowledgeable however his delivery is chaotic. He does not stay on topic and does not seem like he's confident in what he is doing. He grades really tough and expects you to have tons of prior math experience before taking the class and uses that as an excuse not to explain certain things.

He is not that bad. if u want to get credit for whatever problems done for the exam, he is the best. It's sometimes hard to understand him, but if u go home and prepare and do the problems, then u will be fine. He gives text book probs and examples for the test and exam.

My first rating on this website ever, simply to warn those who may be signing up for his class. Although he seems nice, he is impossible to understand. Takes no time to prepare for class. Does not seem to understand the material hes trying to teach. Talks in circles and constantly refers back to the book correcting his mistakes. NO GOOD!

well this professor was kind although i do not think he really knows what he is teaching sometimes.he often reads the book as he is lecturing. he really does talk in circles and isnt very easyto understand because he jumps around. ionly had minmum math which was algebra i suggest u take more math before this class.

He is a nice guy, but bad teacher. He is very slow when presenting lecture, he talks in circles, and he is just VERY poor at explaining the topic. His tests put about 75% emphasis on showing work and drawing pictures while literally only 25% on having the correct answer. He's not horrible, but he is not good at all.

I don't know what everyone is complaining about. The guy's okay. He's not really a professor but an engineer teaching parttime. The attendancy policy's a little crazy but it's not HIS policy. ALL PHSA classes are set up that way. 12 topics, 12 labs and 12 quizzes (one for each topic). The material is self-explanatory. Study and you'll be fine.

i think he is the worst teacher at macomb... everyone is right he talks in circles if you ask a question he laughs at you... the class consists of copying the 50 dollar book from cover to cover totally rediculous...DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS WITH THIS PROFESSOR!!!

This guy actually does treat his students lesser than him. He was talking about how hes a research engineer, and doesnt know why hes teaching. I think it's because he has no life and nothing else to do. Gives quizes at begining of class. Surprised teachers like him are STILL around.

lectures were disjointed and frustrating to sit through, not helpful where labs are concerned, puts too much emphasis on paper work, spent too much time explaining things on lab night, we rarely finished on time, overexplained things, confusing

Nice enough guy but not a great teacher. He made it a point to talk slow enough to take up the entire class time which left no time for the labs sometimes. And his attendance policy made it impossible to skip his lectures which were unnecessary.
