Comment:
It's not only that his accent is hard to understand but when we ask a question he would give a completely different answer!! Also his grading is awful!!! The course was easy but he's the worst.

interesting demos, and worked out lots of example problems. He does not like to trick you on midterms or the exam, which was nice. Overall very fair!

He's a fantastic guy who genuinely cares that people understand what he's talking about. I don't find him boring, he does lots of demos in class and has great notes. His writings a little messy and his accent is a bit strong but you get used to it. He's fair and a good prof.

Puts everyone to sleep in class but his online notes are great. Takes random marks off on tests but then when I talked to him he gave me tons of marks back!

He is not the greatest teacher in the world. It is impossible to understand him at times, but on the plus side he is a pretty funny guy. I stopped going to class because I didn't learn anything and he put me to sleep. This class you can learn on your own, especially since you did physics in high school.

Dr. Choi is a nice, helpful guy, but there is a definite communication problem to over come in his lectures. He is a good prof for a smaller class.

Assignments are easy, midterm hard. His accent sounds like a cross between Korean and German (Einshtein-shtein-shtein!) His writing is very hard to read and his notes are unclear. Read the text, ignore the classes.

Smart guy, difficult to interpret. Easy midterm. I personally call him Bok Choy because it's funny.
