Dr. Barnett is ok. He gives you plenty of opportunities to get extra credit, you just have to do them. You have a book that you have to review for this class and you will mot pass if you do not do it. To be able to turn it in you have to take a quiz, so read the book! He tells horribly corny jokes and his tests are more difficult than you would expect (especially in a class full of mostly jocks) but if you do all the work it's an easy A and you don't have to take the final. He offers 40 extra credit points and will raise your grade a letter just for turning your book review in on time. Book is long, but good.

One of the easiest classes that I have ever taken. He gives 49 possible extra credit points, if you turn in your book review, you get a one letter grade boost, and if you have a good enough grade, you don't have to take the final. He's a fairly eccentric teacher. He's famous for his modern electronics quote and his horrid hacking! A funny character

the guy wants you to get an "A". he offers ample extra credit and wants you to avoid the final. lectures are definetly boring though, and the tests are very specific to dettails within the reading. i missed half the classes and one time missed five in a row and still got a C. if you attend the class are not stupid you will get an A.

I think he's lost. Make sure you take notes and read, he can put you to sleep for certain...he's so corny and lame but the class is interesting if you like sports. He doesn't curve, and gives 4 possible extra credit opportunities, don't forget about the Book review (report).

Basically read the assignments given and study the handouts/notes, and you are good to go. I didn't have to take the final, so I found myself with nothing to do but sleep for about a month in the class. Easy "A"

Don't be fooled by how easy I rated him. It's not because he's great, it's just the material he's teaching. The class is boring and he's as corny a professor as you will find. Always telling the same stupid jokes.
