he's tough on spelling and grammar errors, his tests are ridiculous, his final is all short answers, he enjoys embarrassing his students, makes people cry. He has a lot of knowledge but doesn't help us much. The last 2 tests are on 3 chapters each and you learn it all within a week & a half. If your question is stupid he will let you know. horrible

Dr. Williams knows what he is talking about. YOU WILL LEARN! This is quite nice, but his tests are difficult. You need to read the book. He is strict and has been known to make students cry. Just do your work and do not ask stupid questions and you are golden.

Dr. Williams really knows his stuff. He expects you to be professional and courteous in his class. Don't look at the clock. He will call you out. I enjoyed his class & really learned a lot. However, he isnt the most approachable Professor. He does have this aura of arrogance about him. Oh and he is a grammar demon. So check and recheck your papers.

Before taking Dr. Williams class, I did not hear good things. But, I took the class anyway, and I am so happy I did! He is so knowledgable and you will actually learn in his class. He only gives 2 big assignments and then a few small activities spread throughout the semester. But, if you don't do what he tells you, it will reflect in your grade

This man knows his stuff. He can come off as rude but he takes much pride in knowing what he knows. If you have a question raise your hand and ask. You really just have to read the text book for his exams and quizzes. Very simple class, just read the book.

He is not as bad as some people make him out to be. To do well: READ THE TEXTBOOK, raise your hand to answer questions often, don't look at the clock, and turn off your cell phone before getting to class. The tests can be tricky, but the other assignments are pretty simple if you follow directions exactly.

The man knows his stuff to a T, but he really is full of himself and that can get annoying. But outside of class he's extremely helpful, quite intimidating at first, but still really good.

Comment:

Man knows what he is talking about, but can be extreamly rude and full of himself. I have never met someone as rude as him, but if you get on his good side (which is RARE) he can be somewhat nice. Test are tricky and mostly very hard! To do good you should be a total ass kisser.

Dr. Williams was by far one of the best professors I have ever had. He will make you work hard to EARN your grade. He could not be more clear about what is expected of you in his class. If you take his class for General Methods of Education, you WILL obtain an amazing foundation for your future as an educator. End of story.

Dr. Williams is a qualified but is severely lacking in people skills. He uses humiliation as classroom management. Do exactly what he says. Or else. He made me feel like less of a human being. I was in the hospital for a week, and he NEVER responded to any emails or messages. I had to get the dean and president involved and NEVER apologized!

Oh Dr. Williams. This is the second time I have taken him and I will be taking him again next semester. His tests are hard, but if you study you will pass them. Memorize the online questions for the quizzes and you will be fine. He can be quite condescending, but you will learn the most from him than most other teachers at Flagler. Regardless,

Dr. Williams is a wonderful teacher. You just have to know how to approach him. He is very clear on his expectations for the class and expects his students to follow his instructions. I wish that I could take every education class from him because I know that I would learn from him. I am kind of sad that the semester is almost over. :(

It's funny how many of these poor ratings have horrendous misspellings. I think that's telling. I'm taking him now for Emergent Literacy. If you want to coast through life, fine. But if you want to develop yourself, and enrich your knowledge, take his classes. Who cares what kind of person he is! I just want to learn from him, not have coffee!!
