I think he's a great professor because he gave me good feedback on all of my homework assignments. However, I got tired of his sarcastic sense of humor towards the end of the school year. It's even more embarrassing when he targets you. I wouldn't take him again just because of his jokes lol byee.

He's made me a better writer. There's a lot of papers, but he usually gives class time to do them (or start them), and gives great feedback. Participate in class and show up. He talks A LOT, but you get past it. He doesn't have a clear grading system, and doesn't share your grade until the very last day of the semester.

He is a nightmare. The worst professor I have ever endured. He doesn't help you at all. He tears papers apart, and fails you without clearly teaching. If you ask for help he won't, but he'll breathe down your neck about your failing grade that he is happy to be giving.

He's a really cool guy, I personally had no problems with him. His advice and teaching helped me greatly throughout the semester towards my development. I only wish he was up to date with technology so it would be easier to reach him; he doesn't have an email.

At first I was unsure about Dr. Annese. But I will say that he is on of my Favorite Professors here at bergen. He Is very straight forward and tells you exactly what needs to be done. He has a very sarcastic approach, if you are not able to handle some dry humor then you will probably not enjoy his class.

In Spring 1979 Dr. Annese made me rewrite essays that were answers to questions from stories I would silently read in class. The rewritten essays had to be clear, concise, thorough and organized all in thought. Hence, I've had and compose business letters concerning home owner problems/essays for various college courses with these qualities.

He teaches EBS - if your placed in this class, it's possibly a good chance your H.S. slacked off. He comments papers, willing to give you his honest two cents, students just need to absorb it, and apply it. I got a D here, but got A's in WRT 1&2 thanks to Dr. A, I love writing thanks to him!

Hard grader! Kept us in the dark with grades til the last class. I feel his condescending attitude is damaging to the short class time we had. He also has no appreciation for different styles of writing. Hope to never run into him again!
