This is a cool class. Flowers has recreated an in-class experience with videos that duplicate the class lecture. One simple discussion question each week, and one simple quiz each week. You do have 3 on-campus exams, one online exam. Best online class I've taken.

First to say, if you've ever think that there is an accounting class easy to pass you're wrong. Professor Flowers does her job. Ask her any question she will respond you. The online class it's amazing, if you are enough responsible to manage your time. 1 weekly assignment (2h to get it done), 1 weekly exam (30 minute at home ;) 3 major exam at camp

Her test suck, she only asking you on the theory and almost no practice homework. I feel like can not do the simple accounting after the class. If you have to take her class, read a lot, that is all.

the class has only just begun, but i find trying to navigate thru her garbled blackboard and my accounting lab very difficult. it seems like an organized mess. or a better example is like at home when your room is a mess, but you know exactly where everything is...except this is your teacher and we're supposed to be learning.

I took this online and the class was easy. Just complete your HW and make sure to score well on the quizzes and you will be fine. I got a B in the class but, if not for me missing HW and quizzes I would have easily gotten the A.

I took this online and it was easy enough, but had confusing moments. If you don't understand something, she wants you to use the message boards, but no one ever responds. Her responses aren't always clear and more like rambles. I didn't feel like she added a lot to the class; I was relient on the text just doing the practice work online.

She posts a lot of information all over the website. She comes back sarcastic and harsh if you miss understand something or find something related she says "Thanks for repeating what I already wrote in the class information/notes/syllabus/..." and goes on and on. But other than that online class pretty straight forward. Chapter a week.

Her class is pretty simple. 1 chapter a week and a quiz on that chapter the following monday. The quizzes and the 4 tests make you or break you, so don't slack off. Lectures are helpful but I just learned everything off of myaccountinglab. Come to class because she does extra credit quizzes/worksheets sometimes.

Her personality comes off as blunt, direct, a bit harsh at times, sarcastic but funny. She cares about the students doing well and is very helpful with questions. She wants you to learn. On the easier side if you show up to every class & do the hw. Above average teacher & definately recommended. Lots of extra credit.

She's wonderful, although not very clear, her class is fun. She has a great personality, and if you are open with her and have a sense of humor you'll enjoy this class. VERY IMPORTANT: her supplemental material on myaccountinglab is what earned me my A!!!

This teacher is not helpful at all. She gets defensive when you try to ask for help, and sometimes gives you attitude. She makes you feel dumb for even asking. She gives pop quizes and sometimes gives one right after "teaching" material in the same class period. Very little partial credit. Be prepared to teach yourself...

teacher gave me a B when i deserved a C YAY i took this class online.. theres a quiz every week and 50% of the test is from the quiz.. because its an online class you have to buy the book and teach yourself other than that class was pretty easy

I recommend taking this class online. She doesn't really know how to teach, she does everything really fast assuming you have read the chapter before hand and mastered the material. Do all the extra credit that she offers, they help out a lot. Half the class stopped showing up because learning from the book was easier than to go to class.

I took this class online. It was pretty easy but you do have to read the book to understand everything. There is a loooot of extra credit. There are 5 exams and quizzes due every week. Just read the book and practice all of the stuff she gives you and you'll do fine. She is really nice and helpful too. Goodluck!

This class was amazing. Carol made acct so easy to learn and understand! You just have to do the homework to get an overall understanding and then study the exact pages she tells you to because those are usually on the test, sometimes word for word. This class made me consider becoming a CPA.
