My only problem is that when she teaches Theory II she waits until about 2 weeks before the final exam to teach you new material, about 70% of the class is just a review from theory I and I'm afraid she may not have prepared me to Theory III.

I had her for Music Theory I my first semester. She is a great teacher and teaches slow (in a good way). Truly recommend her!

I've had her for my second year now and she is by far the best basic theory teacher in Troy. She's clear and if you have questions she will always have an answer. Tests are really straight forward. She plays all of her theory exercises on the piano and that helps tremendously. Go to class, or she'll make fun of you for never being in class.

Very helpful and nice woman! All of her students are important to her, and her lessons are fun, informative, and clear. I've enjoyed having her as a professor for 4+ years now. I couldn't imagine anyone else teaching me flute.
