Awesome professor! The class was really hard for me but one of my friends found it extremely easy so I guess it depends on the person. Her handouts can be difficult to keep track of since she doesn't use the book BUT everything on the exam is on the handouts. The last project can be confusing but if you talk to her she is very very helpful.

Great professor! There is a lot of work and the last project can be confusing but if you talk to her she'll bend over backwards to help you understand what she is looking for. Her handouts can be a bit difficult to keep track of since that's all she really uses. This is not a class I would suggest taking in the last semester of your senior year.

Great teacher she is very approchable and is very good at anwsering your questions. The hand out notes get annoying sometimes as there are too many to keep track of, other than that it was a great class. As long as you keep up on the work you will do great.

Great professor. She focuses on the broad concepts of corporate finance. Very helpful and approachable. Attendance is not mandatory but there were 5 pop quizzes during the course of my semester. My one complaint is that she prints out her own notes for the students to use and they have a lot of blank space so you have a lot of paperwork to look at.

She was a nice and interesting teacher but this class was to advanced for her to teach. She would get confused while she was trying to explain the concepts to class. She has a great teaching stye and prepares you for the test. But the finance department needs to get a more advanced professor to handle this class.

The world of corporate finance finally makes sense! Focuses on conceptual learning and makes sure to take extra time for students having difficulties. Tests can be tough, but they don't include anything not discussed in class. Ask LOTS of questions during class! A fun, energetic, & fair professor.
