Old Testament/Hebrew Bible. Knows her stuff, is a great great teacher and scholar, very thorough and clear, has interesting lectures, though quite one-sided. All around, great teacher and highly recommended.

What a great experience! I didn't even learn this till i discovered it on my own, but she is both a great professor and a renowned archaeologist. Knows her stuff, makes it so interesting, and even has students to her house for dinner. The only possible negative is she is hardcore feminist and makes you question your beliefs if you can handle that.

Greta teacher and very insightful, takes your understanding of things to a new level, but a huge femenist. Nonetheless a great teacher, she also does like to offer papers where other people sight her works.

It was a great class and she taught it well, especially in leading class discussions. She picks out good readings and the papers were fun to work on. I was a little intimidated to talk to her outside of class, but overall I'd still definitely recommend the class.
