Carol was very helpful when the prinicpal at my placement was an idiot and went personally to the school and spoke with him to try and get to an agreement. Unfortunatley the prinicpal was so stupid that they couldnt come to an agreement so she helped me switch to another placement very quick! Shes awesome and so sweet :)
