Having gone through four years of CS and gotten my degree, I can definitely say she is the BEST CS professor I had. People need to realize that they aren't going to be spoon-fed here.. you have to put in the work to succeed. Her teaching approach reflects the reality of the field and gives you an EXCELLENT foundation to build off of.

She can be pretty harsh if you've never programmed before and don't have an interest in the subject. She has strict formatting guidelines which a lot of people struggle to adhere to. If you know how to program and follow her guidelines, you shouldn't have a problem.

This professor is mean, rude, and too harsh of a grader. She took points off me because I handed something in upside down (no kidding, she really did). Most students drop her class, and I wish I did, but I had to keep it for classes I needed to take next Fall. Avoid this professor; and if you need to take her: good luck!

I've actually had several classes with her. She is definitely knowledgeable about the subjects, but she is not good at teaching. Her accent makes understanding her difficult, she teaches way too fast (sometimes skipping over important parts), and she doesn't liked being asked too many questions. Her classes were almost impossible to pass.

Well she took attendance and graded but she put way to much empashed on looks and not the code couldn't get more then a B because I don't comment EVERYTHING "you didn't you comment your comment??" take this class if you know C++ and it is an easy B. just bring some music to tune her out....

Good luck, her English is horrible, but if you make jokes and keep the class going it's not that bad. She knows who's doing work and who isn't and grades according to that. She is understanding and helpful, just don't ask questions during class she bites your head off.

Class is a difficult subject. Tests are quite involved, but are take home, so you cand spend time with the book and figure them out. Still requires that you know what you are doing. She is very strict, very smart, but not that clear on teaching. I just refered to other classmates for help.
