Worst college professor I have ever had. She's rude and very biased, and will not admit when she makes mistakes. She is almost impossible to contact via email. Her lectures are confusing and it's hard to tell what will be on her tests. She requires a lot of writing, and the grading criteria is very vague and frustrating. Avoid this professor

Worst experience in my entire academic career! Avoid this prof at ALL cost! She is rude, unfair, degrading, mean, dominating, and completely unhelpful. Her tests are wrong and will not change the questions even when you show her strait from the textbook. The highest grade from anyone in my class= C

The worst experience of my entire academic career (2 Bachelor's degrees + 1 Master's). Dr. Chavez is extremely biased and discriminates against individuals who do not "suck up" to her as much as she demands. Did not grade papers fairly, and when I attempted to discuss this issue with her, she became extremely angry and worse to communicate with.
