Chuck is a good guy. Giving him high #s to boost his rating. I loved this class. He tells stories and is awkward but is a nice guy. Very helpful esp. to nonmajors. If you're an artist he gives you freedom. Go to class b/c you'll be scrambling at the end to finish. Good critiques. Not belittling. Don't use the word "like" and you're golden =)

I thought he was so mean in the begining. But towards the end Ballard was funny. It's a good class, i definately would take him again. His technique is hard at first because it's a lot of math, but you'll get it. I recommend taking the class with a friend.

at first, i hated this class. once you are able to understand the technique, drawing the forms gets so much easier. NEVER say that you "like" something in a drawing..."it either works or it doesn't"...show some improvement and a willingness to get it, and you'll be fine

A bit irritating/critical but a good guy overall; funny and helpful. Like that he doesn't hang over you while you work. Some assignments unclear, but just wicked abstract. Take the course, do the work and show up and you will be fine :)
