Comment:
Lovely professor who knows economics very well. However, most of the material was beyond the introductory level, which is why it may be hard for non-economists to do great in this class. If you are really into economics, take him, he is the funniest most knowledged professor there is!

Kramer is a great guy and really funny. No homework at all, grades come from quizzes(drops the lowest) and tests(40% or so to the best one) with X-tra credit opportunities. He gives you a study guide before each test so you know mostly what's on it. Google andor look up in the book everything on the study guide and you'll get an A.

Prof. Kramer is a great guy, really enjoy listening to what he knows and is really funny, but he doesn't know how to teach. The course outline has no order whatsoever, really tough to follow. can't understand his handwriting. If you want a good grade you will have to teach a lot to yourself.

Kramer is a funny, interesting old man but an awful teacher. He presents his ideas about economics rather than the books. Yet he has quizzes on the book reading that he never goes over. Do not take his class unless you have had prior experience in studying economics because he does not make it easy to understand.

I loved him, but this is the lowest grade I've had at Bentley. He doesn't grade based on a point system, he just reads your test answers and decides a grade. Did I learn economics: YES. Did I think Kramer was a cool, funny guy: YES. Was I happy with my grade: NO. Take an easy teacher if there is one, but if not at least you will be entertained.

Would not recommend him at all. His notes in class are illegible scribbles, and the graphs don't make sense. He will teach you an example for something in economics without actually teaching you the concepts. Tests are extremely hard. If you don't study anything and everything he might have mentioned for 2 seconds you will not do well.

Not bad for a micro class. Too many notes to take in class. Confusing graphs and charts. Exams are hard and he's not a fair grader at all. No real homework but reading the book.

Great professor, probably one of the best I've had at Bentley so far. He is fair in his grades and treats everyone the same. Quizzes are based on class readings, not notes, so be sure to keep doing those. He tells you exactly what to expect for the midterm and final. If you put an ounce of effort in you cannot come with anything below a 3.3

Crazyyy old man... you either love him or hate him. Thinks very highly of himself in a sarcastic way. Calls all the guys Turkeys and all the girls "hey you woman". One of the least politically correct human beings I've ever met in my life. haha Quizes can be tricky and exams are all based on lectures... TAKE NOTES!

You really need to like macro to do well in this class, but he does keep you awake with his very old-fashioned jokes. Even though he doesn't "require" attendance, you need to be there to get the hand-written notes that he writes on the blackboard. And quizzes are from the book, not the lectures, so beware and do the reading. Tricky class.

This guy is awesome. He has a great personality and makes what could easily be a terrible subject something bearable. His quizzes and tests are not hard as long as you go to class AND read the book. He does test on both because he can't cover all the info.

Awesome personality (fun old guy). The subject is dry, but he makes it bearable. Only complaint is that his lectures and our book aren't always on the same subject, but we get tested on both. You have to read the book and go to class, but you'll do okay if you do.
