Dr. Scott is really old school (doesn't use Moodle), but I really enjoyed her class. She is very passionate about what she is teaching. She is not a tough grader at all, so if you put a decent effort in your grade will be just fine. This class did not stress me out like others have, and you will prob learn something useful

Dr. Scott is awesome. She goes over 3 chapters during every class and all are easy. she wrote the book and its means the world to her. her assignments are easy. make sure you have a good partner for the group project. final is all writing 24 questions, just study she gives you a study guide. the project is very important. take notes for journals

Scott is okay. Other people liked her because she was easy, but her exam didn't relate to the study guide at all, so I probably failed. 2 speaking assignments, one from a cultural experience by yourself, and a group paper and presentation that takes a while. There are 10 pages of journals that she requires and a couple videos. Really boring prof

I love Dr. Scott she was very clear on her directions for her assignments. You only have two papers one that is research paper. You also have journals that you write every week. Overall, she was a great teacher and I hope I have her again soon.

Great teacher, goes above and beyond to help her students pass. Had a few projects throughout the semester, I got A's on all of them, just make sure you have a group partner that will do their part. We only had 1 exam in the class which was almost impossible not to pass. Attendance is mandatory but you get out early almost every class.

Scott should be ousted. She doesn't TEACH anything. First presentation was READ from textbook slides, then the students have presented the material since then. Not real clear on what is required for assignments and the ambiguity keeps you guessing. Never even posted syllabus on Moodle. Shame that OU doesn't find a more suitable instructor!

I loved Dr. Scott and this class! The topic is great and she is very helpful and intelligent. She does anything she can to help her students do well, make sure and take advantage of it. Highly recommended!

Very Nice & Extremely well Educated!!! Bachelor's- Wiscousion State, Master's- Harvard, Doctorn- Columbia! She know's her stuff! Be there every class because something is do! Very hands on with many assignments & Projects! Alot of work, but well worth it, she makes learning about HRD a breeze!

Mid term & final VERY CLEAR, FROM weekly discussions, dont miss class, every week group formation to discuss chapter in book out loud, very interesting, first project to go out and experience something out of your box & present it, i went to diff church, then group project on diversity for a company (we did coca-cola)..really awesome teacher
