Dr. Brown is a fantastic professor. The first 6 weeks of the Budgeting class is lecture for the midterm, then after the midterm you spend the rest of the class on a group project that is 70% of your grade. She wasn't always clear on what she wanted, so you'll have to ask a lot of questions, but she's happy to help. Highly, highly recommend.

Professor Brown knows she knows this stuff. Very open to other's opinions, but be prepared to back them up if you speak out. Exams are easy, as long as you take notes. She loves cussing. Alot. Be prepared. Great professor and a refreshing teaching style compared to others. Highly recommend.

If you find cussing offensive, don't take this class. Otherwise, she is a very enthusiastic teacher who knows her subject. Don't buy the textbook. Tests are very easy if you take notes in class. Writing assignments are easy and rarely long.

Awesome teacher. Professor Brown is hilarious and very helpful. Don't even bother buying the book, all her tests come from the notes. Make sure you don't miss review day because she goes over pretty much everything that will be on the test. I would definitely recommend her for an easy and interesting class.

Dr. Brown is amazing. She has an awesome personality and an awesome sense of humor. She really made class interesting. It was writing intensive,but it wasn't hard. All the writing intensive part consisted of was a few in class paragraphs, a few out of class papers that were short, and a 5 page book review. I would recommend Dr. Brown to anyone.

Best teacher in the PSC department! She is so laid back and funny! I took the writing intensive course and it couldn't have been easier! All we had to do was write a 5 page book report for the writing-intensive part. Very interesting class too, as some heated political debates will go down! Cheryl is a great moderator too! TAKE HER FOR PSC!
