I have 3 Undergrad Degrees and a perfectly useless MBA. Of all the teachers/professors I ever had, she was and is the best. Long tests. You better know your stuff. You better do all the work. But she goes the extra mile to get you through - if you give her the chance.

I took this gen ed class with Ebel. Horrible mistake. It was her first semester teaching college Algebra, and I admit it's not my strongest subject, but this woman literally LAUGHED at me once when I asked a question. She had no idea what she was doing. awful professor, awful person as well.

Prof Ebel is tough but fair. She has a BIG curve on grading system. So even you can get an A/B easier than you might think. The tests were WAAAAYYYYYY too long though. 6hr tests is accurate, even if you are the smartest kid in the class.

I have to say she is about the worst teacher I have ever taken and I have over 5 years college so I have seen many. Totally unorganized and doesn't explain important concepts well. The only way to avoid this professor if you are in the EE/EET program is to find another school to go to.

I took her like 10 years ago. The class material was good and interesting, but she was VERY tough. I remember the final in her Op Amps class took over 6 hours to complete. But, even with half of an understanding of want she talked about, I still passed.

She could confuse me even when she was teaching something I already knew. She was tough as far as what she wanted you to know, but her grading was easy. As there are really no choices of professors in the EET program here, I guess it doesn't matter.

She gave WAY too much homework. Unrealistic amount of work. She allocated 6 hrs for each test! Fortunately she curves quite well According to her EVERYTHING is important but you will soon fine that most of what she teaches is pretty worthless in the bigger picture.
