Absolutely disliked this teacher. She does not grab your attention at all. Her teaching style is so confusing. You never have class on Fridays because you have to work on group projects. Her tests are hard and her study guides are so long, and she only gives you a week to study for it. She does not care about her students or care to know your name.

Great teacher! She is always there to help! You have to show up to class or you WILL fall behind and get lost. Seems like a lot of the beginning of the semester, but goes by quickly! It's a fun class!

Comment:

One of the worst teachers I've ever had in my three years of teaching. She takes attendance everyday, but she doesn't actually teach. She reads you pre-made powerpoints that came with the book. There's quite a few small quizzes, and the tests are really confusing. She does give you a study guide, but that doesn't help much. Buy lots of scantrons!

She's a great teacher! There is a heavy load at the beginning of the semester but we were finished by Thanksgiving break. She puts everything that will be on the test on the study guide and has days where she gives you extra credit for showing up.

She is a good teacher. Her test are exactly what she puts in the study guide and quizzes she pulls from a quiz bank she gives you. She has a lot of knowledge of emotional intelligence and talks about how to deal with people.

Shattuck is a very nice lady. She covers everything on the test in class and is very helpful if you need clarity on anything. She tries to make the class as interesting as possible and loves when you ask questions.

I really enjoyed this class. Class activities enhanced the learning process. Book is really only needed to study for the quizzes and tests. Quizzes are taken directly from the online practice quizzes; print them out and study them. Show up to class and participate & she will be happy with you.

Disappointing. I was excited for the class but she ruins it. Very boring and gives out busy work like a high school teacher. She is very out dated! She thinks sending a text message and Twitter are the same thing.. enough said.

She always complains no one shows up to class but in the meantime, she is never there and leaves class up to her GA's. She grades presentations based on how much she likes you and gives completely useless busy work so people will show up to class to get the points...and she is way to full of herself!!!

Oh dear lord, this woman is a DRONE! I'm the type that prefers a harder prof if they are engaging and a decent teacher. Shattuck lectures and sucks at it. She also isn't very approachable and is very biased as to whether or not she likes you. From what I noticed, she likes students who laugh at her stupid jokes. She's very wrapped up in hersel

I have had plenty of teachers she is the most laid back, tries to make things funny, in a little old lady way, will help you if at all possible, gives real assignments, gives you exactly what she expects for tests and quizes are word for word. Cant complain one bit, recommend taking her 100%

BEWARE!!! 5 percent of your grade is based on attendence. If you take her for Consumer Behavior, the projects suck, and she refuses to explain them in much detail, I recommend Scott Smith instead. She has study guides that are basically the test, but you can't skip class, because of the attendence grade. Consider yourself warned.

Her classes are very easy if you just study the study guide she gives you. Tests are based on ppt slides and study guide for the book. The only class that she teaches thats hard is Mkting Policy and its only hard b/c its a departmentalized exam. Hardly anyone does well in that class.Cheryl is an excellent teacher!

This teacher is horrid, DO NOT TAKE ANY OF HER CLASSES. Her tests are hard, because if you do not read the book word for word then the test seems foreign. Her questions are exactly what the book says. She is extremely boring and reads straight from the powerpoints. BLAH!
