Comment:

Actually cares about what she is teaching. I passed every test with a B even the one most of the class failed but ended up with a 'C' asked but never got a response. If there was a curve as everyone else got I should have got an 'A' Not easy you will do some work but I guess she isn't too bad and I would take her again if grades didn't matter.

She does little to no teaching. Her tests come from her head which does not match the book. Her slide were prepared by the textbook company not her. If she doesn't understand a question or knows little about it she will pretty much ignore your question. I greatly dislike her.

This professor, as a person is a truly wonderful soul. But as a professor in a class where the main objective was to understand government from its birth was brutal. She discusses important information while she puts her Powerpoint slides up and then changes the slides while you're still writing.

as a person, I can't help but love her! but as a professor with students who are trying to learn and understand, I would not recommend her. she goes very fast and just reads from the powerpoint (which is full of information but I think it's impossible to write all the stuff down before she moves on; and you hand will be killing you from writing).

Take her class! She is the most helpful teacher I have ever had, and you will do good if you put effort into it. She wants you to do good and will help you however she can. Talk about the Eagles if you want to get on her good side because shes a diehard fan.

total scam. you could be Woody Wilson in her classes and still get a B if you're not on her A list. apparently, to get on her A list, you must enjoy listening to her obnoxious rants, and then back up her rants with your own, somewhat annoying commentary. not to be rude, but i think her better teaching days have passed her by.

normally an A student, I had a very hard time being motivated just to listen to her read from powerpoint. other MPA students loved her because it was so easy, but anyone really concerned with learning would find this class a total waste of time. touch luck though, she's the only one teaching it. she's also grades completely arbitrarily

people complain about her missing classes, but dont mention that fact that it was first because of a car accident and then because of serious medicine conditions. Inspite of all these things, she still fights through and keeps teaching, a truly inspiring human being and an amazin teacher, she is one of the people who inspired me to study politics

I am liberal, but found it hard to take seriously when she spends so much time on her soapbox. I appreciate open honest discussion and I don't like Bush either, but this was overwhelming. Didn't find her helpful with academic concerns either. Wouldn't recommend.
