This is a case-based course and participation matters. However, he is very helpful when you ask him questions. Just prepare well and try to process the material and it's goin got be an easy A. He kept me interested in class when I wasn't particularly interested in marketing. He keeps the class interaction lively and fun. As far as being interested in students goes - he sent a sympathy card to my home when a family member passed away - a YEAR after I had taken his class. He's a great guy!

The lectures tend to be kind of boring, many people fight not to fall asleep during them. The tests depend on the lecture, so you actually have to go to them if you want to do good. The attepts of interaction with the student were kind of lame
