I took Dr. Lucas' for EDFD 5573 and 5353. He is the greatest!! He is very helpful. His classes were fun compared to most grad courses I've taken because he isn't big on lecturing-we mostly did class discussions. I missed several classes and did not receive any grade reduction. Also, the final paper is optional (depending on the grade YOU want).

I never thought I would be disappointed when a prefer chose NOT to lecture but to do some sort of group work. He is the best lecturer I have ever had - you feel like you are listening to a storyteller who has you entranced with his stories - of the history of higher education??? It's true! I loved his classes.
