Class was entirely based on an outdated textbook. Instructor offered nothing past a rote understanding of the text. Students who asked questions were met with answers that lacked any real depth of understanding from this instructor. Disappointing.

This was an on-line course. She was slow to respond to email and and vague on assignments. After seeing the first couple quizzes I stopped reading the book because the questions were obvious to someone who's been in IT. I will say though she is willing to work with students.

I think Christie does fine teaching this class. Remember this is an introductory class for networking issues. I don't think it is her job to go too deep into the topic.
