Great teacher. She's big on giving partial credit, so at least try & you'll receive points. She goes pretty quick, so make sure to ask questions, but she is available after class for a quicl review. Make use of the reviews & you'll be golden...

Comment:

It was almost 8 yrs since my last math class, and somehow I was able to ace discrete. Carbone did a great job (especially since she was pregnant). Some advice though... KNOW ALGEBRA. It really helps. Pay attention in class and you'll be fine.

Absolutely horrible teacher. Doesn't explain anything. Throws notes on the overhead and that's all you get. Even her explanations don't help. DO NOT TAKE!!
