I really liked Professor Esperson. She's a lot different from my high school Spanish teachers. Anyone who fools around in her class is immediately put on her bad list. (Not an actual list but you still don't wanna be on it) She really knows her stuff and I actually found myself understanding Spanish better when she taught it. Great class!

Took Spanish 101 for two semesters and professor Eperson is hands down the best Spanish teacher I have ever had. She makes you earn it and you must study (this is a language class after all) but she is an extremely good teacher! I am sad that I am transfering away from 4C's because I'd keep taking Spanish with her if I could!

An amazing professor with a great sense of humor. She is fun and i love going to her classes. You can always ask her questions; she likes to see that you are interested in learning Spanish. I learned so much from only 2 semesters. I can read, write, and speak in Spanish.

Great teacher, very knowledgeable and eager to help her students. There can be "alot" of homework at times but that's the only way your gonna learn to speak, read and write a secondary language.

Professor Esperson is AMAZING. She is really attentive to the class. She teaches at a very fast pace, but she grades fair, and she asks the class for feedback. She is one of the best teachers I've had. She has pushed me harder than any of my other teachers at CCCC, but I appreciate it and take it as a compliment! She CARES about her students :)

i have taken all 4 of my Spanish courses with professor Esperson. She is an amazing teacher and helps students in any way she can. She makes learning a language fun and exciting. She makes it easy enough for those taking a language for the 1st time but hard enough for the more advanced students. A true asset to CCCC!!

Absolutely excellent as an instructor. She works very hard to ensure the lecture material is clear and interesting for her students. She is very demanding, however, in all honesty, this improves your spanish speaking and reading skills more so than a less demanding instructor would.
