i have taken several classes with her cuz she is the most inspirational teacher at eastern along with Dr.cicilla(literature professor). She is funny and compassionate. Sometimes she gives you a lot of work but it is very useful for the future. i love her

If you're looking for a teacher that makes a difference take Dr Karshin. You have to show up and do work but its well worth it in the end. Grades pretty easy, but really cares about her students shes a must take at EMU!

I'm an ECE minor, and I realized too late that I don't need this class. But I don't regret it. Karshin is interesting and funny and goes through the material without boring you too much. Tests, homework, and presentations are SO easy. One potential issue: if you often feel like skipping class (I don't) it might be hard to come every time.
