I don't usually review my professors however, I was really impressed with Prof. Peek. He was always available to answer questions and gave great feedback. I would definitely take another class with him and recommend him to other students.

Comment:

Great professor who's willing to work with you. He wants to see his students succeed in his class, but you need to put in the effort. I learned a lot in this class and it was very interesting. Highly recommend him and this class. I took it online, so lots of lectures to watch, no hardcover textbook. Overall great class.

Chuck is awesome and really cares about his students responses. This class and Chuck have really helped me get more into the world problems surrounding medicine and how to observe from both the inside and outside of the problem.

This class was pretty easy. Took it online over Summer A and got an A. Grade consisted of 5 writing assignments, 5 quizzes and 5 discussions. No exams. One of the writing assignments is a group project but it's not that hard. Dr. Peek was really nice - his lectures can be slow/boring, but I watched them in 2x speed so it wasn't bad. Great class.

Took over the summer, pretty simple class. I NEVER attended lecture (not one) and still passed. I even missed 2 of the required discussion sections. All you need to do is attend class, try your hardest on the paper, and you should pass without a problem. I'm good at writing essays, so I did well on that portion. Not as bad as I expected. :)

This class is pretty simple and easy to handle. You have 3 test and 6 analysis papers. But you can use the papers to replace a low test score. I did well on first two test and did well on 3 papers and didnt have to take last test & didnt have to do the last papers. Take him easy A just study.

Best teacher I've ever had...the most laid back and relaxing class you will ever take, he makes your life in this course stress free, 3 tests and a bunch of essay which are all optional but will only help you if you choose to do them, 3 essays can replace 1 test & all others are Extra Credit. Awesome class! I never took notes but instead just enjoyed his lectures. Very easy and I learned a ton of stuff about health care that will definitely make me a better doctor one day. Highly recommended. Easy A but you will learn a lot too!

Great professor. Easy class thats really informative especially if you're premed. No textbook. You have 3 tests and several papers but you can either not take a test or not write the papers if you want. Plenty of opportunity for extra credit. Easy going guy.

Very easy course. Completely straightforward with the material. You don't need the book, just take notes and you'll be fine. Gives enough extra credit to help you if you need it. All I did was read my notes the night before and morning of each test and i got A's. Can't believe a level 4000 course could be so simple.

This class is very straightfoward. You have to go to every lecture as a large portion of the exams are straight from his lectures. Skim the chapters he assigns before the test and read over your notes and you should be fine. I got an A with barely studying and attending every lecture. Definitely take this class.

This class is one like no other. For it to be a 4000 level class, it is quite simpolistic. Just go to class and he makes it clear what you need to know and understand. Could be boring somee days, but interesting. nevertheless. Gives ample extra credit.

I really enjoyed Medical Sociology. It was harder than I was expecting but I found the discussions interesting and so I enjoyed going to class. There were three multiple choice tests and ample extra credit opportunities so despite making Bs on the test I made an A in the class. I would reccomend him.

this is a great professor ,the best i have ever had at UF . He is straight to the point gives you what you need for the test , he also gives examples to the concepts which is very helpful. Study the notes and the test are basically the notes. The second test is the hardest. but if you study and memorize the notes you will get an A like me!
