Class is tough. Google is your best friend in this class. First 3 papers are a breeze (can do them the night before). The financial plan takes multiple hours and is frustrating as all hell. Final business plan is tedious and takes a lot of time. If you plan on taking this class MAKE SURE YOU GIVE YOURSELF PLENTY OF TIME FOR THE FINANCIAL PLAN.

Thought this class would be easy based on earlier reviews-its not. Yeah its only 5 papers but you do them completely on your own and he just expects you to know everything. Don't take him, he won't help you and never answers emails if its a complicated question about the paper. Explains nothing, gives no examples. I would never take him again.

I think we had a textbook...but I didn't even order it. This class is awesome - only 5 papers and a final business plan. They're easy to write if you sit down for a few hours and focus. I did all of them the day before they were due. Nice guy, very easy grader, and always just an email away if you need help.

5 papers. Got an A-. If you pick a complex business to start up, this will be a hard class. Only spoke to him 6 times throughout the whole semester. The last part which is the actual business plan, I recommend u to give yourself 2 weeks to do it. I did on 2 days, and it killed me. It is very time consuming and 1 detail can jeopardize your grade

Very knowledgable, very nice, easy grader. A little dry when he speaks in front of the class, but he really does know his stuff. I've taken him a couple times and they were pretty good classes. If you have the chance to take him over someone else, do it.

Blasted through the 1st 9 chapters of the book in 2 weeks. Rest of semester was cases. The only hard part was trying to stay awake while reading through 14 pages of facts/figures before every class. In the end, the answer to the case was usually obvious so I wasn't all that engaged. I wish it pertained more to my major (finance) Smart guy, no ego.

Nice guy. Understands his class isn't our only class. Often lets class out a little early. Is very clear about what he expects. Has a lot of experience with management and is incredibly knowledgeable. Not much work at all, and you don't need to bring your txtbook to class.

Interesting fella, had been employed in prominent business organizations. This guy knows what he's talking about. His lectures can be pretty tough, and he goes by the material quickly. Ask questions, and especially do the homework and mini paper assignments and you should be fine.
