This class is an easy A. Her lectures are pretty dry and boring, and attendance is not mandatory, so most of the class doesn't even show up. There are only 3 tests and a couple extra credit opportunities that can be studied for with materials online. Take the class if you need a GPA booster, but not if you really want to learn much.

Comment:

My 1st grade class was harder than this class. I'm slightly peeved that I spent $140 on a textbook that I didn't crack once. Nothing but powerpoints which are online. Attendance is not required, out of 100, about 40 people came to class. I put no effort into this class and got an A. I still don't get what exactly I was paying for. Oh well.

Pieraccini is nice and helpful & never seems to lose her cool. Class is ok too; she only gives three exams the entire semester(questions are sometimes about random facts she mentions in class), but she offers extra credit and curves the exam grade. Sometimes her slides may jump topics but you'll do fine.

So Simple, for sure an easy A! Go to class & if you can't make it that's cool too. Put effort into her assignments and you'll be good to go. 2 quizzes, one is a press release, the other one is definitions. SIMPLE ! You don't need the textbook.

Easy class, attendance not mandatory and the powerpoints are online, so you don't miss anything. Review sheets are online so anything not on the powerpoint can be googled. Seriously, I went 5 times all semester(3 times were test days) and got an A in this class. Definitely reccommend it, she seems like a cool teacher too, even though I never went

Easy class, recommended for Gen Ed. 3 tests, not cumulative. Attendance not mandatory. Tests easy enough. Never yells, just sometimes asks to keep the noise down. Powerpoints all online making the class really optional to attend. I'd recommend it

She gives many assignments from which to choose for extra credit. She puts between 5 and 10 questions on her tests that come from the textbook that she did not discuss in class. She keeps up to date on the latest technology for the Broadcasting field. Guest speakers are included.

Great class. Lots of fun. She shows video clips of everything. Attendance is optional, but if you don't show, you will do poorly on the three tests which determine your grade. Offers extra credit. You'd have to have manure for brains to not do well in this class.

Fantastic teacher. Extremely helpful and a very fun class. It's required for PR majors and it actually reminds me why I want to do PR. Class is very easy. Projects and quizzes are weighed the most, but they are graded very easily. Just do you work and study the powerpoints and you'll do great. Awesome professor.

What an incredibly unintelligent lady. PP slides have grammar mistakes, misspellings, and lies. Most information in class is stuff she made up that isn't true at all. She makes up "facts" in the 108 class that contradict the "facts" in the 350 class. I couldn't take it after 3 weeks, and stopped going to class. I still got an A. Incredibly easy.

She's a bit dull, but I like her enough. Don't go to class. BUT! read the text book before the tests. Her notes are a mediocre summary of the book. No homework, just 3 tests. Easy as pie. She even helps you out if you sleep through a test or something.

Public speaking class over the summer. Was really fun, gave 4 speeches, a final, and analysis paper. Learned a lot about public speaking. Made a dreaded subject really easy and fun! My classmates were great, too!

genuinely kind and caring about students' problems and opinions. helpful. makes the course easy to understand and doesn't put an obnoxious work load like the other professors (three 40 minute presentations compared to three 20 minute presentations). highly recommended!
