Super nice lady, but a bit dull in class. Has a genuine interest in the subject which is nice, but does not do a good job leading discussion. Enjoyable lectures.

Cutter is really boring but she's nice and fair. No tests, two essay tests with one optional and some mini quizzes that I super easy if you do the reading. Overall pretty easy, but also hard to stay awake.

Dont take her, you will learn nothing. lectures are boring as sin, take home test are horrible and she grades impossibly hard. I can honestly say that I learned nothing in this class, other then the fact that Cutter is a horrible prof.

I really liked this class, she makes history thoughtful rather than information and regurgitation. She gives pop quizzes (not hard) and essay tests (long, but fairly easy grader).

Cutter is a nice lady. Class is decent with lecture, group and class discussion. There's a bit of reading at times, but most of it is interesting. Pop quizzes over readings next class are easy. No tests, just essays over readings that aren't too bad if you make sure to answer all questions she asks.

Dr. Cutter is one of the BEST professors at UNI. She is very insightful, very helpful, and an excellent, fair, teacher. She is a phenominal scholar in her area and her classes are filled with information you will not learn elsewhere. Highly Recommended!

She is a very nice professor. All tests are take home essays, and she gives really easy quizzes over the reading....if you do the reading its easy. Easy and her dicussions are fun and interesting. Great class and she makes it interesting. Some group discussions as well. Great Lady!

Cutter is great. Teaches how to learn not what to learn, forces you to interpret history and come to your own conclusions. Not an easy thing to do if you don't enjoy history. All tests are take home essays. If you like history she'll make you like it even more.

Once you get past her saying "right" about every third word, lectures are alright. Quizes are easy if you've done the reading, but tests are 2/3 essay and that part is very difficult. Rest of the test is multiple choice. Nice in office hours.

Cutter is a great. She teaches you how to learn and think on your own. Her womens history course was pretty tough (3 papers, presentation, and participation). Very cool and personable. Take advantage of her office hours. Her husband is Dr. Brian Roberts.

Cutters dah woman. Funny and a slick sense of humor. Class is fairly tough and are pop quizes and attendence policy. Don't show up late or you wont be counted? Still highly recommended.
