She's tough but fair. Extremely helpful, and one of the professors who you can tell genuinely cares about students. She is one of the reasons the school is ranked as one of the top legal writing schools. Take her if you can, but be sure to be prepared for class. She does not suffer the fool.

Professor Adams really wants her students to learn the material. She uses the Socratic method to make sure 1Ls are on top of it. However you will learn a lot, and she grades her exams very fairly. Her exams are tough, but she will give you guidance on how to study for it.

I had her all year for LARC, my grade went way up in the spring semester which usually doesn't happen. I still did good both times. She won't fail you and even though larc is a confusing hide the ball type class where you are led blind to type your work. She was always fun to have. One of my fav professors, a lot better than the rest.

Knows corporate/business law, and keeps the boring Fed. Rules relevant to what I'll actually be doing. Gets herself mixed up every now and then, though. Tough and detailed in her Socratic questioning. Fair though.

Nobody likes LARC and everyone complains about it all the time. So, all I'm going to say is don't take what people tell you as true, and just wait and see for yourself. You can't pick first year profs anways. My experience with Professor Adams was fine.
