Rude all the time. Yells at us over little things. Wouldnt take the doctors note I had when I missed one class. She just doesnt care. Shes at the age where she needs to retire. DONT ASk QUESTIONS, learn from your peers. She becomes rude and yells at you for not reading the instructions even tho you are asking for clarification. Bad teacher.

DON'T ask too many questions otherwise you will annoy her. She teaches us about difficult clients and that we must learn to to deal with them but she can't even deal with her own students. Take your own notes Cynthia. Her moods and grading criteria change by the minute so don't expect consistency from her, in anything really.

Cynthia is a committed teacher. I enjoyed learning about the basics of Interior Design. suggestions for students: be on time!! I noticed this annoyed her...and justifiably so. When you come in late on a regular basis, it annoys the rest of us too!

Cynthia LOVES to play favorites, so tread carefully. She mispronounces words on a daily basis, yet thinks she's right. She's defensive if you ask her a question, and she'll do everything but answer it. She's simply one of the worst and most frustrating teachers i've ever had to "learn" from.

She's very breezy and really interested in helping you learn. I could really tell that design has been her passion, and that just gave me tremendous respect for her. You can tell she loves her job. Attendance is important in the Interior Design program. Never skip the first day, and never miss without emailing your instructor.

I love Cynthia. She is skilled and will do anything to help further your education. I've had her for two years and am currently enrolled in one of her classes. She is very knowledgable about fabrics and history. A valuable resource. Homework is easy and as long as you participate in class, you will get a great grade.
