Comment:

One of the goofiest professors you'll ever meet. She's always got a grin on her face and has positive energy. BUS 100 is not a hard class. She gives you all the answers to the exam when she reviews it in class. A lot of homework. If you just study a little bit, do well on the homework quizzes and do well on the group project, you will do well

Really easy teacher and everything in the class is practically busy work. Almost everything is done online, but there are clicker points. Would 100% take one of her courses again.

Easy to pass if you show up for clicker points. She rambles on a lot, but all of the notes are on power point that she uploads online. All the quizzes and tests are done online. 2 in class midterms and a Final. You don't even to buy the textbook but you have to buy the Pearson online program. I hardly used the textbook, all the material is online

This class is packed full of busy work. You have to show up to class because there are clicker questions everyday for participation. However if you get the cliker questions wrong you don't get credit. She is provided a powerpoint from the book and just clicks through the stuff you're least likely to know and only talks about what most already know

Comment:

Not a hard class but certainly the most annoying. Makes you write papers on civic engagement that you are asked to do as well as two business presentations. Clicker points and lectures are pointless because she just rambles a lot. You have to teach yourself and study for an A but literally dont have to do anything for a B its that easy.

This class was super easy! Cynthia is a real gem and makes class interesting. She provides study guides for all the tests and as long as you know those, you will get an A on the tests. There is one group project and you do have to present it in front of the class but its easy. Also, she does use clickers!!

Nothing but busy work. Pointless class. Enjoyed paying 50 bucks for a clicker just so she could force everyone to go to class when a huge portion of the class is clicker based points. If it wasn't mandatory I would've dropped day 1. The teacher is okay I guess. She could rework this syllabus though. Oh and there is a book report. Like Jr High.

Comment:

This class had a lot of busy work, however the homework takes an hour at most each week. Cindy is such a nice teacher who really cares about you learning the material. There are 2 tests and a final. The 2 tests are directly from the study guide, and the final is made up of questions from the 2 tests. Very easy class and great teacher!

I really liked her, she was such a sweet professor! Her class is very easy, it is just A LOT of work. As long as you do the homework and study for the exams, you will be golden! You get multiple attempts on the DSM homeworks, and you get two chances on the quizzes. Tests are in class, but homework and quizzes are all online.

Cynthia Ruszkowski has been my favorite professor since my first day of classes. She easily articulates business terminology in her lessons, has clear grading criteria, responds to emails within minutes, and is always willing to help you out. She does grade your attendance and participation with clickers, though; attending class is important.

Professor Ruszkowski is an awesome person, however lectures are boring because she just reads off the slides. Homework is easy and online quizzes can be found online easily. I didn't get above a 75% on the two midterms, but got a 92% on the final with the same amount of studying... Overall easy class to pass but a lot of things to do outside class.

Easy class. 18 homework assignments that are done online. In class lectures are usually short- gets finished 20-30 mins early each day. She covers the material. Tests are kind of tough because you have to apply what you learn to real situations. Also offered extra credit to boost your grades.

She is an amazing teacher. She make it very clear what she expects from you and puts all the dates in the syllabus. Tests are a little difficult but if you use her study guides you should be okay. also all the online quizzes are on quizlet so thats a plus. theres only two tests and then the final.

If you miss class for any reason, you will not be able to make up for the mandatory clicker points. Her tests and group projects are also quite difficult. However, she is amazingly kind, caring, and all the other would should get you an easy A!

The only reason anyone would take this class is for an easy A. It's so simple and basic. That being said, she is a good teacher. Has a lot of passion and really does care for her students. Just a lot of busy work, if you can't get an A in this class, I don't think business is for you.

Just flat the easiest class that I have EVER taken. It is also because she is a great professor who cares. The only annoying part of the class are the typed homework assignments, but they just took time... not much else. TAKE RUSZKOWSKI!!!

Comment:

She is a great professor to have for an introductory course. She gives out a lot of busy work that are easy points and the exams are easy. Just make sure you study a little bit before the midterms and you are set. There is one group project and that is to come up with a business plan. I recommend her over anyone else.
