Most impossible class I have ever had. The only thing that might keep me from graduating this year = the impossible final coming up

If you have a photographic memory for powerpoint slides, you may enjoy the class and retain the information. Otherwise, it is a waste of time. No homework was assigned to help you understand the concepts. Quizzes and tests required extrapolation from powerpoint slides, and he did not ever provide examples of how to do this: he only read the slides.

He will basically require you to memorize his entire lecture for the class. The quizzes are hard because his questions often do not make much sense. He often tests your knowledge by asking what will happen in scenarios when conditions are changed from normal. I feel for you if you have to take this course.

He's such a nice, personable and brilliant guy, but his lectures are really hard to understand, his quizzes are a punch in the face and his final is a kick in the you-know-where. You should literally start memorizing his notes the minute class starts. I wish I had!
