It is impossible to stump this man. He knows everything about this field and what he doesn't know, he will find out. Yes, if you are a complete idiot, he will make fun of you, because your classmates are too polite to do it. The tests are straightforward memorization and he gives you all the material in advance. Plus he curves the tests.

Great lecturer; however, he does not make great headway in covering material each class. We did not even finish all the material outlined in the syllabus. He always responds to questions and clarifies what you don't understand.

Brannen will lecture the entire class period so forget about getting out early. Take good notes and you won't need the textbook. Test questions are detailed so make sure you study but he curves the tests. If you have a question during the test, he is really great about helping you understand what he is looking for.

Dr. Brannon is a great professor. I took him for both Human Resources and Labor Relations. If you pay attention in class and fill out the packets he gives you it is an EASY A! The book isn't necessary so that saves money. Also, he grades on a curve so it is almost impossible to do bad. He does tell things as it is...but that's not a bad thing.

Dr. Brannen's class was one of the most interactive classes I've had. Great class discussions. Refreshing to have a non politically correct professor for once. He calls it like he sees it- and will tell you when something is "No damn good." Grades are fair- curves test by highest raw score, so that makes up for the difficulty level of material.

Do not take this class if you like to be respected for your opinions. Brannon strongly believes in survival of the fittest. He does not grade fairly. On projects you will be compared with top scoring students, not how hard you work. Above average is a high C. He will embarass you for speaking up in class, esp. if he doesn't agree with you.

He is a great professor. There's no question what he wants you to know for tests. Tests are VERY long. Exercises make you think and reason. Must have good grammar when turning in written assignments. No contractions and no slang in assignments.
