Professor Donovan is a great teacher and very knowledgeable about the law. Attendance is important in his class. However, he always tells funny stories in class that help you remember material from the textbook. A very fair person that cares about his students.

Dr. Donovan was the first prof that I had on my journey on my path to becoming a paralegal. Great guy! Tough, fair and honest all describe him to a T. I am lookng forward to takingmore classes with him!

good teacher wrote his own book! property and estates doesn't transfer to ric without another exam take this last so you remember. Professor D. is a cool guy can be moody at times boring and goes on a mandatory tangent to wake everyone up:)) I enjoyed his class now I need to pass another test at ric.

This teacher writes his own text books!! Dr.D. reads directly from his book point for point. He has 2 research projects with 3 exams. He should be the head of student gov. More teachers should be like him.To be completely honest he does drag a bit but he tries to make it interesting.

I really liked this teacher. He does not use the book most of the time. Every class he uses powerpoint presentations that summerize each chapter. He explains everything very clearly and uses examples in everyday life so you can relate and understand. He gives 3 test and 2 essays for the semester. Writes his own book reads it word for word if u miss a class good to go. attendence is 10% though. Good teacher helps with questions. 2 reports in this class 2 pgs. dbl sp. 3 tests does drag at times but he does bs alot to kill time.

He is very enthusiastic about the subject matter and about teaching. However, he tends to get off on many tangents during class resulting in discussions having nothing to do with course material. That being said, come exam time, it can be difficult to separate the important info from the irrelevant stuff.

He is a nice guy.He does just lecture,but because the subject matter is real, it isn't bad.His tests are straight forward, and he gives 30 points worth of extra credit throughout the semester.I enjoyed the class.He wrote the book for the class himself so it was easy to read and the chapters were short.The school doesn't buy back the book though.

What an excellent teacher! such a nice guy, really helped you understand the law and its limits. Yes the info is boring, dosn't mean he is a bad guy. I would highly recommend him and all the other law teachers. All are great.
