Comment:

Munton is all around the coolest teacher I've had in my college career. He's hilarious and genuinely loves the material he teaches. I've never enjoyed math (or received good grades in math) before this class. If you keep up with your homework, come to class every day, and ask for help when you need it, you'll pass with flying colors.

Mr. Munton is THE BEST math teacher. He is clear in lecture, explains things in a way that you can understand and apply. He is funny, and cares about his students. You have to do the work, and go to class. He is available to his students and will go over any questions you may have. I highly recommend this teacher.

Mr. Munton is an amazing math teacher. I was so afraid to take Algebra again after 30 years. He makes the class fun; cares about his students understanding the material and succeeding. His lectures are clear and engaging, and he makes jokes throughout. It's obvious he loves his job. I'm disappointed he isn't teaching 150B next semester.

Mr. Munton was my last math teacher. I had him for 150B and it was a breeze. On the other hand math 15 was very difficult for me. But Mr. Munton did not give up on me and helped me so much. He's very funny but don't be late to class or he will jokingly call you out.

Professor Munton has really helped me improve my math skills. His lectures are very clear and he is willing to answer questions. He is also very funny and makes the class interesting(this is coming from someone who hated math). Prepares you well for tests & responds to emails quickly. Enjoyable and informative class. Take him!

A very respectable and great teacher. Always more than willing to help in any situation, and provides a ton of examples and good lecture notes. He can get a little annoying if you're someone that's always late, but besides that, I would 100 percent recommend him for any class. He provides study guides for exams, and final, allows notes. Must do HW.

Great teacher, he goes really in depth about each section and breaks it down where its easy for everyone to understand. He is caring, works with students to make sure everyone understands and provides great notes. He cares more about this students than himself. Great humor

Dan was great! I had to repeat the class and couldn't get a class with him but he was a really great teacher. He was very enthusiastic every class, explained things well and I love his examples and made up stories with word problems. Homework was in class and online but not too bad. Tests weren't too hard and made the subject easier to learn. :)

Dan Munton is hands down the best math instructor I've ever had. He reviews while approaching new material, tests you on new material-not old, allows notes on tests, always willing to answer questions, does problems in detail so that you really know how to do it. I wish I could have taken him for Calc1 and 2, then I would be doing so much better.

Dan is an awesome math teacher! I had him for 1C and it was great. He really presents the material and goes over things if students don't understand. His exams are a bit tough but very manageable. He really want you to know the concepts. His hw is online with some written work. He does not do quizzes. Answers any questions you have. Great jokes!

The best teacher ever, he tries his best to give you a clear understanding of any material, he is also funny and make the 2 hour seem like 10 minutes. Time just goes fast in his class. I recommend him 100%

Dan made a hard subject easier. He is comical and fun and not what you would expect from a math genius. Homework online and in class most nights, But the homework helps prepare you for the exams. There were group projects, that were pretty straight forward and simple. I would take another course with Munton.

One of the best teachers I have ever had! He made my 7 am stats class totally bearable. Extremely clear on the material and uses funny, real life examples. Homework and tests are totally do-able if you go to all the lectures. He even allows a page of notes for each test. Would take again!! (And I haaaate math).
