I had him for Psychology of Death. The tests were kind of off track and didn't correspond with his notes. He is a little bit boring but he seems like a sweet old man. Very nice. Not a great teacher, but not bad either.

Not only was this class extremely interesting, but Dr. Cable was more than willing to answer any questions that we had that wasn't covered in the lecture. He is an excellent professor and I would advise anyone to take a class with him!

This is the sweetest old man ever. He is so nice. He is a pretty good teacher, not very hard. I thought the tests were a little hard but I probably could have studied more for them so I blame myself for that. Overall he is a good teacher.

Great class! Professor uses power point presentations for notes. Be sure to request that they be put on blackboard and you will have very minimal study prep for this class. Book was not used for much of this class, but be sure to keep up with your journal assignment.

Easy to understand. Dr Cable uses a lot of examples which helps to understand topics. very helpful with questions. Take good notes and you won't really even need the book. Tests are straightforward and come from info found in notes. I'll be sad when Dr. Cable retires. He's a wonderful teacher.

I took his Psychology of Death when I was an undergrad and heard before the class he was ultra strict. I LOVED learning from him, he was one of the best professors I've ever had, and to this day the info sticks (and I've been out since 98). Great person, great instructor. Highly respectable man.

Dr. Cable is not only a wonderful professor but he is a terrific human being as well. His experiences and stories inspire. Wish he taught more classes or that there were more professors like him. Only planned on taking 1 Thanatology course but after being in his class ended up taking many more.
