Comment:

Not what you want in a Computer Science Lecture. So afraid of giving out answers on homework that she uses vague concepts in class. Makes learning difficult if you like to see any kind of example. Notes are honestly more useful than her teaching will ever be to you. Avoid if you can.

Comment:

She is a good professor and is very nice. Great at explaining structure concepts, but she tends to fly through the code. Sometimes lectures cover a lot of material and so the pace may be overwhelming should you get lost in the code early on. Her English is just fine and her accent is not an issue at all, so disregard old reviews in that regard.

I learned a lot in her class but her tests were harder than expected. After completing the class and reviewing the material I learned and felt confident with I realized I was lucky to have her. Even if it gets at times, stick it out and talk to her when needed.

Her English is clear, her dialect may not be completely Midwestern, but she speaks clear English. She is extremely intelligent, and very passionate about the subjects she teaches, and her research. IUSB is fortunate to have her.

A bit of an accent (much like the other CS professors at IUSB) but she's good at helping you out. Homework counts about 70% of the grade in her class, so if you're one to choke on tests you'll still not do too bad. She doesn't really review before tests, though.

I am not agree with some of other students' review. She is a very good teacher, and she is very helpful. If you don't understand CS, it is not Dr. Vrajitoru's fault, blame yourselves. She is very smart and she knows what she is talking about...

Her English speaking ability is not a problem anymore. Her classes are generally easy because she grades easy and allows you to turn stuff in up to two weeks late. This class was interesting and she seemed to know what she was talking about.

While the class isn't difficult, understanding the professor is! She may know computers but her grasp of the English language is terrible. Just read the book and hope for the best.
