Definitely hot...the highlight of this class. He KNOWS his material & expects you to know it nearly as thoroughly as he by the time you write/test on it. Speaks VERYFAST,doesn't bother to write much on the board. Does not use PPT or exhibit anything(art,etc)relating to the time period studied, making it difficult to tie history into subject matter

Attending lecture , taking copious notes, and running ideas past him in office hours (ideas were well received) are of little importance. Prof. Cook was irrational and haphazard in how he approached his grading. SPEAK UP IN CLASS OFTEN, he will grade your work with that HEAVILY in mind. Be consise. He lacks clarity. But overall a nice guy.

Really nice guy, very helpful and always willing to meet for office hours. His grading was somewhat difficult but it is still possible to get an A, just run your ideas past him before you write your essay and you will be fine.

Nice to look at. Great professor, helped me polish my style. Class was really fun...lots of joking around, but there is work. Will throw in lots of class participation assignments, not for the class cutters.

this professor is very helpful. he made english 3 a lot easier. very considerate and very approachable (office hours flexible)!!! very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about literature. kinda cute too!
