I am telling you as a law student, his class is easy. If you don't get an A in his class, don't go to law school. As for the "arrogant" criticisms, welcome to the LAW and welcome to LAWYERS. That's how we function, and it's how we get things done. Deal with it.

He is an excellent professor. Listen, guys: he is a lawyer, he teaches the class the way lawyers teach. If you cannot handle his class, you DEFINITELY cannot handle law school. Law school is all about outlines, his class is all about outlines. HE HANDS YOU HIS OUTLINE... Guys, he GIVES YOU THE ANSWER!

I know it is said often on this site, but this man is actually the worst professor teaching at GW. Rarely speaks in coherent sentences, throws a ridiculous amount of info at you and barely explains any of it. Avoid at all costs!!!

He is extremely clear, and nice. He is probably the nicest teacher I have taken at GWU. He does not make up grades like half the other teachers do. He actually grades your exams, your attendance and you get the grade you deserve. Read only the outlines he gives,solve the book questions and attend the classes.

Tough class...only review handouts (it is impossible to keep up with the reading unless you have a light course load) and try to get prior quizes for practice. Also, look at the website listed on the inside of the book cover for practice quizes. They are very similar to the questions he asks on tests and quizes

Lots to remember in this class. Contrary to prior comments, I would not recommend reading each chapter b/c the chapters contain additional material that is not on the test. You should skim over examples in the text, however, as test questions are based on application of material. Use the outlines he hands out to study everything else.

It is a difficult class because of the material that is crammed into 7 weeks. All questions on exams are straight out of the text. If you can keep up with the textbook reading you will surely get an A. The textbook is a very easy read, just very long. Professor is very helpful.

I took this class because of an interest in law and he nearly scared me away from the subject. The class is SO hard and his lectures are SO disconnected and nothing from his notes or lectures appears in the tests. Don't take for elective credit.

Very difficult class. It's way too much information to cram in a half semester! I remember very little. I'll have to take a refresher course! Don't open the windows in the spring time classroom. He has alergies!

Gives a 25 page packet every class and reads straight from it. Extremely boring and a very dense course overall which makes it extremely difficult to do well!!! Avoid at all costs.
