Funny guy, easy class! There's really no reason why you shouldn't finish class with an A, just do the easy online work and you're golden. Also don't stress over the quizzes (4 all year, the final is a mix of all of them) bc all you have to do is study the red highlighted points. You learn a lot and watch interesting videos

He's hilarious! Maxwell's class is the EASIEST class you will ever take. It's a real GPA booster for sure! Even though it's such an easy class, he keeps it super interesting and always shows funny videos about cases and police chases. He relates the material to his real experiences too.

One of my favorite professors, his lectures are always interesting and funny. He always has stories from his years as a police officer and always gives good advice. Not too much homework and quizzes are pretty easy if you study.

Danny Maxwell is my favorite professor so far. He's hilarious and always puts me in a good mood. He's a great professor and knows exactly what he's doing. He wants nothing but the best for his students and will do what he can to help you pass. As long as you do all your work and show up at lectures, this class will be an easy A.

Amazing amazing guy! One you will remember far after you graduate. He has more advice than 25 in law enforcement can provide, he has real life advice. Great advisor for the CJ Club. Really going to miss Maxwell!

Professor Maxwell is one of the best professors Ive ever had. He is hilarious. He uses his expertise and experience from being an officer to tie into his lectures. He always puts the lectures. up before class so youre prepared. He's also super caring. He will help you with anything, whether its for a recommendation letter or just advice. 10/10

I had Maxwell for two semesters back to back he is clear and to the point. He only lectures but he puts the powerpoints online. Look At Them! Showing up to class does help, but not mandatory unless he takes attendance which is rare. 4 quizzes throughout the year with a final at the end.

Great teacher who has experience in everything he teaches. Also has stories that go along with the course. Keeps things interesting with humor and real life applications. His course consists of 4 quizzes and a final. The final are all questions from the 4 quizzes which makes it easy. The tests are basically the only grade besides an online revel.

I had him for two semesters in a row and honestly he is my favorite professor. He is so funny and his lectures and tests are all straight forward. He gives 4 tests and one final and the rest is online work and copying lectures. I would 100% recommend him.

Dan Maxwell is the best professor I have ever had. he is very clear with his expectations for his classes and the grades for the class are based off of 4 quizzes, attendance/homework, and the final. The quizzes and final are all multiple choice and all of the information is in the lectures. 10/10 take this class Dan Maxwell is my hero!!!

Maxwell is an amazing professor which is why I'm taking criminal law with him next semester. The grading consists of 4 quizzes, a final (which is 20 questions from each quiz), and some simple online homework. He shared about his experiences in the field and made the environment of the class extremely open and friendly. Don't hesitate to take him!

Easy class, makes you want to show up because of his hilarious lectures. Is a veteran cop with tons of experience and stories he likes to share. Only grades are four tests, a final (which is the four tests combined and you have answer key) and online textbook questions which are P/F and you can just click through to get credit. Hes #1 for a reason

Loved Maxwell! wish I could take the class again. Great man, hilarious and easy going. Only 4 tests the whole semester and only homework is easy online work. Attendance not too mandatory but you'll be missing out on his jokes and attitude. He teaches in a way that makes the material easy to understand.
