Great guy, very passionate about the subject. Go to his office hours, he'll love you. I spend A LOT of time on the homework. Reasonable grader, but not easy. Always willing to help. He really, really cares about his students. Homework is on MasteringPhysics. Can use notes for tests and makes past midterms available for practice (very convenient.)

Dr. Smith is amazing. You can go into his office hours and he'll give an entire lecture to you about particle physics that'll just baffle your mind. Plus, if you haven't noticed his entire lectures are done without notes!!! He is definitely a physics god! Don't just take one, take two, and as many physics classes with him.

Smith is by far the best teacher I've had at this school. He loves to help students if they have questions, his teaching style is perfect, and he's a very cool guy. Just go talk to him sometime, about anything. You'll enjoy it. And definitely take his class.

Very clear and helpful. Over expains problems, and finals are somwhat harder, but his class is not hard at all and you will understand everything by the end if you care at all. Very helpful if you need outside help.
