Great professor, personable and friendly. Very helpful if you make an effort to understand material better. If you give him sass, he'll throw it right back at you. Homework is very tough, quizzes are super easy, and tests are the usual.

One of my favorite instructors at Alfred. His greatest quality is perhaps his sense of humor, classes were enjoyable and he gets everyone involved. Great professor and a good friend.

Dr. Cook is an American professor with no accent. His lectures are informative, often reviewing difficult hw problems. He uses WebWork for all hw assignments with UNLIMITED attempts for each problem...this means if you're learning really hard course material with minimal effort. Take every course possible with Dr. Cook. Even if its learning Chinese

He explains things are kind of pointless, but he is a really fun teacher. WebWork questions are never clear, but he is helpful. I all ready took Calc 1, but he teaches it a lot different from HS. He likes using physics word problems. Don't reccommend him for a class you haven't all ready taken, but he is still awesome!

Best math professor on campus. He will alwats try to help you if he can. He enjoys what he does so he doean't get frustrated. Really cool guy. He seems to have watch a lot of looney tunes lol

Darwyn is often wastes time in class; trying to entrain the class rather than teach. He is dependent on WebWork, and often will not fully explain the problems. Frequently vital information is neglected, will be insulting towards students, and can be very unfair and 'totalitarian' at times.
