Would not recommend him. 100% monotone. Extremely boring class that seemed to go so slow. Never socialized with students not even once. Not helpful. Oce I went to ask him for help and he refused too because it was too late into the semester. I was gettin a C and still had more than a month left. Seems uncomfortable around students, anti-social.

Comment:

Teaches very elementary which is nice in many cases since it's hard to ask clarifying questions in a lecture. Humor catches you off guard sometimes because of his monotoned voice. I really liked how he did examples specifically for the homework. Got an easy A in that class the whole semester. Also, it helps to sit in front so as to not want to fall asleep, because it can be kinda tempting.

Once you get past his monotone voice and his boring approach he is excellent. He is probably the best math teacher I have had, ever. Uses two overheads so you dont miss notes, goes slow and over everything, will answer questions, tons of examples.

Mr. Parker is hilarious, and very easy to understand. His teaching style is very slow paced, which makes it easy to keep up with his multi-overhead projecter use of notes. You will not be disappointed in his class.
