This professor is a complete waste of time. On average, he burns the first 15 to 20 minutes of class going over the schedule on the syllabus....which he gives you at the beginning of the semester. His lectures proceed at a snails pace, due to his pace he only covers 2/3 of the required material. The student misses out in the end.

Not a bad teacher, but he is very boring because of how slowly he moves on things like basic algebra. I took his class in the evening and had to fight to stay awake. Quizes/tests are easy (much easier than the homework) and homework is graded.

Comment:

Binkley is a great well-rounded teacher. Prepares you well for tests, and no games! I don't know how he has bad ratings. The only thing is the Wiley online hw always had errors in it which made things really frustrating. Other than that the class is a breeze. If I decide to go for a Master's this is the man I want to be working under!

Nicest teacher I've ever had. Knows his stuff, but is very repetitive. Alot of class time is wasted, but it's only because the students ask questions - he is very willing to answer any questions - even if it takes 45 min. Take him.
