Prof. Chiapetta is simply amazing! He has a great sense of humor & not to mention you learn in the midst of having a little bit of fun. You are told exactly what is on the test so it is impossible to fail. You have one paper to write, which you are given the first day with clear grading criteria so it makes it a breeze. DEFINITELY TAKE HIM!!

Awesome professor! He is very upfront about what he expects from his students. He genuinely wants everyone to do well. A LOT of note taking. There was 1 paper and 2 exams throughout the semester and a program called MindTap that was used for online assignments once a week that was easy. Overall easy class and great professor!

Great professor. Show up. Don't be late. Lots of note taking but he test you an what he gave told you. Only 2 test which is midterm, and finals and you have to write a paper. 60 questions on each test and he reviews them before hand. Easy A. Also book not needed.

The professor had a guest friend in the class "State Representative Fred Camillo" Because of this professor I am not so ignorante about Politics and about my rights as a constituent.THE BEST PROF. Mr. Chiappetta is a very nice man, but will not be taken advantage of. He is fair & insists that you not make tardiness a habit. late work=you better have a really good excuse!especially since you only have 3 papers! midterm, essay, final. very easy so don't screw it up. The class is 95% lecture. take notes, be respectful, show up+on time!

Whoever says this professor has no clue what he's talking about is 100% WRONG! Professor Chiappetta is a well-spoken, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable teacher. He may not do power points outlining the chapters of the book, but that's because he lectures while relating the topics to real life. Few assignments. Cool class & GREAT PROF!

This guy is the easiest A+ you'll ever find. He gives few assignments, and all are guaranteed to get an A, even if they're turned in a month late! All you have to do for this GPA boost is listen to him blather for a while. However, polysci majors beware! He's wrong about every subject he touches and you'll have to un-learn the entire class!

Great Professor. I was not interested in American Government at all before taking his class. By mid-terms I had learned so much. He likes to tell a lot of stories. He has a lot of knowledge about American Government. If you have to take American Government I suggest you take Chiappetta. No homework. 2 Test ( Midterm and Final). 1 paper.
